How to Use Other Libraries

Your Portland Library card can be used in other public libraries in Connecticut through the ConnectiCard system. Just present your Portland Library card when you are ready to borrow.  Some libraries may also request additional identification such as a driver's license.

Books borrowed from one Connecticut public library may be returned to any another Connecticut public library through the delivery system called ConnectiCar.
